Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded by the company CREOM Services S.àr.l.-S, operating the brand Mizuro.

2. Purpose and Services

Mizuro offers water filtration solutions and associated accessories. These terms govern the sale of these products via the website.

3. Eco-responsible Production and Delivery Times

In an eco-responsible approach, Mizuro does not engage in overproduction. 
Our factory productions are regular to avoid any unnecessary waste.
As a result, delivery times may vary depending on stock levels and ongoing replenishment cycles (production).

4. Prices, Payment and Delivery Charges

Prices are indicated in Euros excluding VAT. The transport market being fluctuating, it is possible that the actual delivery charges differ from those paid at the time of order.

  • If the difference is minimal, it will be covered by Mizuro.
  • If the difference is significant, the customer will be asked to pay the additional amount.
This fluctuation in transport rates does not entitle the customer to cancel the order.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. 
If the order has already been shipped, the return costs will be entirely borne by the customer to allow for the processing of the refund.

6. Refund policy

The full refund is made after receipt of the goods and verification of their condition. 
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
 If defects or signs of use are found (documented by photos), Mizuro reserves the right to issue only a partial refund.

7. Warranties

The warranty is for 2 years on all our products, with the exception of the following points:

  • Module P : Guaranteed for 10 years.
  • Consumables (ACF, RO, PCT Filters) : Do not benefit from any specific warranty.
The warranty is only valid if the devices have been installed according to the rules of the trade.

8. Liability and Intellectual Property

Mizuro cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure or misuse of the products. 
All elements of the site (texts, logos, images) are the exclusive property of CREOM Services S.àr.l.-S.

9. Applicable law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Luxembourg City shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
